In the past, the New Zealand Racing Board has run a formal Graduate Development Programme, which took place over two years and involved top quality students joining the business to work in critical business areas on key business projects and initiatives.

From 2009, the New Zealand Racing Board will not be running a formal graduate programme. Instead we encourage graduates to review our vacancies regularly and to send their CV and a covering letter outlining their interest in working for the New Zealand Racing Board when they identify an opportunity they would like to pursue.
